The Aladdin Road has been a vital connector between the County seat of Colville and the northern area of Stevens County.
The road lacked an adequate base, it was narrow, had substandard vertical and horizontal curves and was lacking pertinent safety features.
Cement treated base was mixed into the subgrade. The road surface was widened from 24 feet to 28 feet. The vertical alignment was brought up to standards with guardrail added where needed.
