Service Status

Events within the past week that are preventing services from performing normally are listed here in the adjacent block. Details for the events include:

    System: GISMo, RAP-CARS, phones, email, HelpDesk, etc. 

    Planned: Was this a planned event such as maintenance, or a bug like disturbance?

    Time reported: When did we find out about the event?

    Date of Disruption: What day did the event start?

    Date of Resolution: When did we fix the issue so that it performs as expected?

If a system is listed in the adjacent block, then we are aware of this and working on restoring the service. A week after a Date of Resolution is added, the event is archived and will not appear here.
