Due to the Governor's increased COVID-19 restrictions, the CRAB offices will be closed to the public through December 14. The front office will be staffed from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please refer to the staff information page for individual contact information.

Commissioner Koch has announced his retirement from public service. His last regular CRABoard Meeting on October 29 marked the end of many years of service on our Board as well as many others. CRABoard Chair Brian Stacy and Executive Director John Koster presented Commissioner Koch with a plaque and thanked him for his dedication to the counties and the county road system. The Board and staff wish Commissioner Koch all the best in his retirement.


Our building on Chandler Court SW has been undergoing extensive renovations to accommodate the addition of Thurston County District and Superior Courts. Virtually every part of the interior is being renovated and redecorated, including the restrooms. This will mean some changes for us and for our visitors.
