> Reconstruct 2-lane roadway to 11-ft lane / 4-ft shoulder
> Improve vertical alignments, intersection site corners, and traffic control devices
> Set back fixed objects from edge of right of way with a 10 foot clear zone on both sides of roadway.
> Remove guardrail (install longer pipe) at canal crossing
> Consolidate and/or reduce adjacent private access points, where applicable.
