Boulder Creek Road is the link between SR-21 and SR-395, and is the primary east/west goods and freight route for the community of Curlew. This section of Boulder Creek Road suffers from base failure, shoulder loss, alligator cracking, potholes, severe frost heaving and inadequate drainage and guardrail. This project will provide for the rehabilitation of 2.75 miles of Boulder Creek Road (Road 06020), to include HMA paving, cement treated base, drainage structures, and guardrail as needed, shoulder repairs and shoulder widening as required as well as possible intersection work.
