Great Bend Creek culvert is on the N. Shore road which is the life line to the Tahuya Peninsula.
The existing corrugated metal pipe was corroded and undersized. Debi would plug the inlet and cause flooding to the surrounding properties and county road.
The existing CMP was replaced with a concrete box culvert by county forces.
