Snohomish County Engineer Doug McCormick, PE, was recently appointed to the CRABoard. His term began July 1, 2021 and will expire on June 30, 2024. Doug has worked for Snohomish County for 31 years after five years with WSDOT, where he spent time in construction of I-90 across Mercer Island before joining a Design Office in the NW Region. He joined Snohomish County in July of 1990 in the design group. Over the years Doug was promoted to supervisor, Public Works Manager and Division Director before becoming the Public Works Deputy Director/County Engineer in July of 2017. Doug currently is the Western District Rep for WSACE, the Co-Chair of Snohomish County Tomorrow’s Infrastructure Coordinating Committee and the Chair of the Puget Sound Regional Council’s Regional Project Evaluation Committee. Skagit County Commissioner Lisa Janicki and King County Councilmember Kathy Lambert were both re-appointed to the Board. Their terms will also end on June 30, 2024. Thank you both for continuing to serve the Board and the counties.
