Garrard Creek Road is a Rural Major Collector. Is serves both residents and the timber industry as a route from the community of Brooklyn to the city of Oakville and SR12.
The project limits included two substandard curves. These curve had an accident history which included log truck rollovers. the project replaced the two curves with
the project replaced the two curves with one curve on a new alignment. additionally two fully passable culverts were installed and one downstream reach was restored to an open channel.
