This project will reconstruct Bigelow Gulch Road from the urban boundary to Weile Rd. This project will involve purchasing right of way and grading for a four lane facility. Construction of this phase will include two lanes and shoulders, eliminating substandard curves, icing of the road surface, increasing distance from an adjacent creek, and re-surfacing.
