Cady creek culvert is on N. Shore Road the life line to the Tahuya Peninsula.
The existing corrugated metal pipe was corroded and undersized. The inlet would plug up with debri and cause flooding to the adjacent houses.
The existing CMP was replaced with a concrete box culvert with county forces.
