The existing asphalt surface on Troutlake Hwy needs to be restored. The project will restore the asphalt surface by grinding the existing BST surface, grading it in place and adding 6" of CSBC . Two 2" lifts of HMA will be placed. The project will include minor widening to establish 11' lanes with 1' shoulders. Fixed objects will be removed from the clear zone where feasible and slope flattening or guardrail will be added where needed.
