This project will widen the existing road to meet standards. The existing road will be recycled in place by a full depth reclamation. The widening and recycled roadway will then be paved with ACP. New guardrail will be added where warranted. The intersection of Lower Hogeye and Hogeye Hollow roads will be improved. Other improvements will be new culverts, fencing, and possible retaining walls.
