Silver Creek Road is one of the principal routes connecting east and west Ferry County. There is an abundance of recreational activities in the area and it is a thoroughfare for logging activities. The first portion of the road, where the project is located is in Keller, WA.
Roadway suffered from shoulder loss, alligator cracking, and potholes.
