COUNTY ENGINEERS’ TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS
Other CRAB staff members, Steve Hillesland, Assistant Director, and Jim
Ayres, P.E., Design Systems Engineer, gave presentations in their respective
areas. The rest of the CRAB staff, Karen
Pendleton, Executive Assistant, Rhonda Mayner, Secretary, Dan Dickson, IT
Manager, Jim Oyler, Software Development Tech, Toni Cox, Engineering Tech,
and Kathy O’Shea, Database Development Tech, all assisted either in
development of materials or providing various aspects of the training in a great
team effort.
The
final comment seemed to sum up the importance and success of the training:
“County Engineer responsibilities have gotten
more complex. One’s success depends
on having a good upper management team.”
