Design Systems
The CRAB Design Systems program has provided engineering design software, support, and training to Washington Counties since 1985. Design Systems has enabled county design professionals to effectively collect, develop, and manipulate geometric data needed for site design and construction planning. Emphasis is placed on containing costs and improving quality throughout the life of road projects.
CRAB Design Systems in conjunction with Autodesk® are pleased to annnounce to the Washington State Counties our second annual:
2013 Design Systems Technology Days
The Design Systems Technology Days primary purpose is to provide the counties a variety of presentations to management, design, and support personnel in regard to Autodesk's current and future development of their design system software Civil 3D® and we are very pleased to have the Autodesk® team of technical experts return to present these sessions to us.
The CRAB Design Systems 2013 Technology Days will be held in 2 locations;
- Western Washington - CRAB offices in Olympia on June 6 - 7, 2013
- Eastern Washington - Wenatchee CTC June 4 - 5, 2013
New Autodesk Upgrades for Customers with Current Subscriptions
If your Map 3D or Civil 3D are on subscription then you will gain access to the extra software applications available within the suite for FREE. You will see a small increase in your subscription costs when you renew. You can opt out of this migration but you will need to act soon.
If your Map 3D or Civil 3D are not on subscription, you will need to get your subscription current by March 28, 2013 to take advantage of the upgrade to the Infrastructure Design Suite.
If you have standard other Autodesk products but see a value in having access to the Infrastructure Design Suites we would suggest looking at this urgently. For further details and advice please contact your software vendor and/or DLT representative. 3/6/2013
