Current road width is 28 feet, ADT <2000, required width is 24 feet. We plan to improve the existing 28 foot width. The two substandard horizontal curves will be improved, the radius of each is tight, but the arc length is small. To improve the curves, we plan to use a combination of both cut and fill grading. Vertical curves will only get minor adjustments. Road surfacing is currently planned to be BST over an improved subgrade and Base section.
