County Engineer and Public Works Director Desk Manual
The May 2011 amended version of the Desk Manual replaces all previous versions of the "County Engineers' and Public Works Directors' Manual.
The design of Desk Manual is intended primarily for use by individuals already possessing working knowledge of counties and county road issues. While many topics may include a brief introduction or summary, the primary focus of the content is to provide references to administrative and engineering rules and procedures, as well as to facilitate further research if necessary.
While printing this manual will provide the reader with a useful reference document, it has also been designed to be utilized as an electronic document. With this document open on a computer that is also connected to the internet, the numerous internet "links" within the document provide immediate access to additional resources.
CRAB requests your assistance in identifying any "broken" internet links that you may come across during use of the Desk Manual, as well as any suggestions for additional or amended content.
